The definition of play is to engage in an activity for enjoyment and recreation rather than a serious or practical purpose. We typically associate the word "play" with kids. But we were all children once! Now more than ever, adults need to cultivate a sense of play.  I personally enjoyed this quote/art by Marc Johns: Adults need to learn to be silly, adventure and engage their inner child.
