I don't accept exchanges or cancellations; however, I gladly accept returns, if contacted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of your order and must arrive in its original condition for full refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and if there is a loss in value, shop owner will communicate with buyer and determine amount, if any, of refund.

Due to the nature of the custom/personalized items or diffuser jewelry, these items  can't be returned or exchanged.
